Katy’s journey in the Real Estate industry began as an Office Coordinator in her cousin’s boutique Real Estate company. Driven by passion for growth, she quickly advanced to Property Manager, overseeing more than 100 properties across Chico, Yuba City, and Sacramento, as well as 50 properties in Florida. In 2014, she earned her Real Estate license, deepening her expertise in the field.

Transitioning from Property Management, Katy joined Keller Williams Chico Area as a Transaction Coordinator, where she played a pivotal role in one of Butte County’s top-performing trams, the Platinum Partners. Over three years, she honed her skills as both a Transaction Coordinator and a Listing Manager, discovering a true passion for Real Estate Operations.

At the end of 2020, Katy took a bold step forward, launching On Point Services Co, to provide unparalleled professional support to the local Real Estate community. Since then, she has facilitated over 1,000 transactions, ensuring seamless and compliant closings for agents and their clients.

Katy’s expertise, meticulous attention to detail, and unwavering commitment to excellence make her the go-to choice for Real Estate professionals who what their transactions handled with precision and care. She is a C.A.R. Certified Transaction Coordinator, a C.A.R.
